Auto Headlamp Lighting

Hi all.

I typically turn off the head lamp to all cameras to offer great control but I accidentily left it on a render today and really like the result.

The issue is that the headlamp features are lmited that those of the spotlight for instance.

what is the best way to "attach" a light source (being a spotlight or anything else) to the camera to offer the same lighting angle and maybe even allow it to move with the camers view too?

Simply create a spotlight and parent it to the camera.
