Free Pro Bundle Question

Hello. There is a Sale Banner on the home page that says that If we spend $60 or more we can get a Pro Bundle for Free and then adds the word Tomorrow.

Does this mean that the Sale is Tomorrow
or that we buy $60 or more Today and get the Bundle Tomorrow.
