Daz Central keeps crashing.

I keep getting the beachball of doom when using Daz Central. It freezes up, and will not unfreeze no matter how long I leave it. It happens most of the time. Which makes it hard to download my recent purchases.

Sometimes it will work fine for a while, and I can dl a few items. But then it freezes continuosly. I tried to switch from the initial screen to the content library screen,but that seems to be worse. Most of the time, it seems to freeze almost immediately. Or just after I click on "download."

I have tried closing all other windows first, before opening DC, but that might work somewhat better. But not always.

What can I do?

Should I manually install my items? Or is there another way to do this? And how do I manually dl?

Which version of MacOS? I know with Big Sur some people found that Install Manager was more reliable https://www.daz3d.com/get_install_manager/

I'm having this problem too, but I wasn't before. It just started. It locks up just seconds after I launch it. I'm on Big Sur.
