IDG Toolbox Studio - Turn off all the lights?

I like IDG Toolbox Studio. But, my RTX 3060 struggles to keep up with it. One thing, I think, which would help, is if I can switch off all the lights and put my own lights.

For example, the red drape section. I have figured out that there are our lights coming from the 'mono light'. I turned them off, but, I am still getting light from other sources.

So, is there a way to locate all the light emitters in the IDG Toolbox Studio, and then, I can only turn on, the ones I want?
