Solved - Piercing Collection for Genesis 8 Female(s) doesn't like my character(s).

I bought the Piercing Collection in one of last week's sales and the earrings won't parent to custom character's ears. They hang a couple of inches away from the ear and I can't move them as none of the translation tools work.

I've tried resetting the character pose, selecting the character, selecting the head, selecting the ears, re-parenting to the ear and loading them with nothing in the scene selected. I've also closed and opened the scene and re-made the scene from scratch,

The earrings work with other characters but just don't like my custom ones and they're the only earring set that isn't working. Neikdian's other product - Alternative Piercing Pack for Genesis 8 Female has no issues.

I'm stumped, any help would be much appreciated team!

Have you tried them with unmorphed Genesis 8 Basic Female?

Yes indeed, and they work fine with base GF8. I'm only having trouble with morphed characters and it's only this piercing set that's not working.

What happens if you fit to none?

There is a Fit To Mode seting in the Parameters pane - what happens if you switch that to its other value for the piercings?

That worked! Fit to none followed by fit to Genesis 8 Female and now they're where they should be.  Thank you very much :)

Alternative Piercing uses rigid follow nodes. Does this product not?

No, you can see in the screenshot that it is a figure.

But I agree, that rigid follow node would have been the obvious choice.
