Zbrush GOZ not loading morphs

Hi, I upgraded my Zbrush to 2022, reinstalled GoZ...I can send a figure to zbrush, sculpt it, and send it back. It pops up the normal dialogue to import as morph etc. I click to add it to zbrush/morphs and click accept then I go to look for the morph but there is no Zbrush/morphs listed. If I choose the option to update basemesh it I can see my sculpted details but there is no morph slider. I have tried to search for the morph but it doesn't show up. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

Does it give any errors? Have you checked the log (Help>Troubleshooting>View Log File) just after importing the morph?
