How to I make this program work.

And this program freezes when I try to change skin tone or colour.

These are not programs, the first one is a Merchant Resource, and comes as PSD (Photoshop) files. The second one is for use with LIE (Layered Image Editor) and it comes with a tutorial, have you found it?

They are both by Zev0 who participates on the forums here, you could try sending him a pm (Personal Message) if no one helps further.
