Install Manager not working

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Hello, so I installed IM on a new computer but it refuses to install the basic starter essentials, saying 'install failed'.

Is this system wide today or am I missing something?

    Did you click the DIM gear icon and configure your directory paths?

    The IM manager icon is on my desktop and I just want to install the basic content to C drive but it's failling.

    DIM has a log file. Take a took at it and see if it gives any clues about the problem. The most recent information is at the end of the log file.

    Hi,  so log was saying 'SSL Handshake failed' , must have been a temporary glitch because it's working now.
