Grayed out items in my smart content

I have about 30 grayed out items in my smart content list at the bottom.

I searched for them and uninstalled them in the install manager and reinstalled them and they are still there.

    Do the files from the instalaltion appear in the Content Library pane under Daz Studio Formats?

    If you are using Install Manager to install your content, do not log in/sign in to DS, set your DS Preferences->Start Up as in the attachment, otherwise DAZ Connect within DS will highjack your smart content.

    Which won't make the products available if they aren't, it will just stop them from appearing at all.

    That is another problem that needs to be solved, but at least the distraction (DAZ Connect) is no longer messing up even more.

    Product installed with DIM or even manual installation, will appear in smart content and if they don't there is a problem with the installation and/or the database, but logging in/signing in to DS is not the cure, quite the opposite.

    There is just one reason for logging in/signing in to DS and that is to install content with DAZ Connect within DS, and if that method is chosen/preferred, there is no point in installing content by the other available methods (DIM/DAZ Central/manual installation), as DAZ Connect installed content will override content installed by any and all other means, even when DAZ Connect installed content fails to work.

    There is currently no Connect-only content.
