Making an eyebrow/eyelash scalp mesh deform with the parent figure mesh?

I am creating eyebrow/eyelash hair grooms right now outside of DAZ and have opted to create a 'scalp' mesh so the underlying figure topology can be changed in the future without breaking the groom (see attachement). It is a seperate mesh that I wish to import into DAZ sans groom. I need this mesh to deform with the brow/forehead during posing so on export the parent mesh and scalp mesh are nearly indistinguishable. Is there a way to transfer the weights from the parent figure to this scalp mesh so it can deform flawlessly? Thanks!

It's called the "Transfer Utility". You can find it somewhere in the Edit Menu, can't remember where. After you run it and transfer the weights, add a smoothing modifier to the scalp to fix any pokethrough.
