DS 4.16 Sys Requirements [Solved]

As I plan if new system unit for Win11, need to consider DS as well.  If the following has been asked before, I apologize.

(Still using DS 4.12 because I assume DIM will say update(s) avail)

DS 4.16 will work on my existing workstation or would require RTX cards?  I read where version 4.16 requires 'latest' OpenGL but unable to find what version I have via nVidia control panel.

Card 0: Quadro P5000 ('studio' driver = October 2021)
Card 1: Titan Xp ('studio' driver = October 2021)

Tech spt provided a safe method of finding out.  4.16 will work on sys specs listed.  Maybe it's a case by case thing
