BeachScape Backdrops is not showing up on the NVIDIA Render

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

so i just bought this not to long ago https://www.daz3d.com/beachscapes-backdrops-volume-1 and i'm trying to test out the nvidia iray but when i do the backdrop doesnt show up at all? I really need to know is there a way for it to show up? I even tried adding the backdrop as an environment map and nothing I Really need some help on this i don't want to have to return it for a refund :(

    Did you load the plane, select the plane and then apply the backdrop image to that?

    well i did that just now afterwards but when i do load is it normal for me to have to scale it down because it pops up in the air instead of in front of me
