Can you target selection for morphs?

I mean, not sure how to explain but if I ONLY want to use a characters head and neck from one character and legs ONLY from another, is this possible? Is there a video to watch? If so, how do I search for this -- don't know what to look for.
It seems like you could target areas for the sliders to morph the targeted area only...

Depends on the character, yes if using Victoria 4/Michael 4 or older characters, no if using Genesis 1-8.1 characters, although often Genesis 1-8.1 characters do have separate head and body morphs, but if you want to use just part of the morph, you need to buy separate utilities for it.
Thanks, but what would the utility be called? Is it here in Daz3d.com?

THANK YOU SO MUCH!
Export the morphed figure as an obj file, then re-import it as a new morph for the base Genesis figure. (Also export and re-import corrective morphs like Eyes Closed, if you want, and relink them with ERCs like the original figure.)
Open the Geometry Editor and select all the vertices you want to remove from the morph. (You can use the Regions to speed things up.)
Un-favorite every morph except the ones you want to remove the vertices from.
Right-click inside the Geometry Editor and select "Remove Selected Deltas from Favorites".
You will now have a set of morphs that only affect the desired region. Save them as new morph assets.
