    Hi!

This is an area of many overlapping skill sets. You can learn it, anybody can, but it takes a big investment of time and you will need to master three different types of workflows.

You need a modeling software, and you need to know how to use it.
You need a texturing software, and you need to know how to use it.
You need to learn to rig in DAZ Studio, starting from the Transfer Utility and then doing custom bones for skirts and hair handles, etc. You then need to set up the textures you created in the Surfaces tab.

That's if you're talking about making them for Genesis 2 in DAZ Studio (obviously if it's for Poser you need to rig in Poser).

This is a sample workflow on making a clothing item for DS starting in Blender.

This one is about 3d painting a texture. Textures are also made by painting on a 2D template in a program like PhotoShop or the GIMP.

Many people find Hexagon or Silo easier to use and learn than Blender, and I acknowledge that right up front; I'm linking Blender tutorials because that's the program that I work with.

Thank you. I will start learning, as I have plenty of time as I am on the sick.
Downloaded Blender 2 days ago which I got to start learning.
Big thank you for your help.
