Applying fog to a camera?

a pre-rigged set came with cameras that have a fog-Simple setting. When I load a new camera, however, I don't see an option to make this a "fog" camera and the setting doesn't appear in the camera parameters pane. I've looked in smart content and content library and a search for fog simple turns up nothing. Any ideas on how to make a new camera a smog-inducing camera?
