Applying H. Pose for Gen 8 or 3 makes figures disappear

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Hi I am using the astromaster vehicle for a project and when i try to apply the poses for inside the cockpit the figures disapear. Has anyone gone through this or know how to fix. I have never had this issue with any other pose.

    have you tried selecting the figure and pressing ctrl(Win)/cmd(Mac) F to frame it, if it is still there? That might show where it has ended up. Since they are Hierarchcial presets they are designed for one item to be parented to another - are you sure you have the correct relationship set?

    Thank you for replying I will try what you suggested as I am new to making the scene when I have results from the instructions you gave i will repost.

    ok I tried your suggestion and nothing happened
