Who is the Pole Dancer

Hey everyone. I am a new Daz3d user. I am interested in having this character here: http://www.daz3d.com/fitness-pole-dance-poses-and-prop-for-genesis-2-female-s How can I find one or how can I make one? The character appear to be Genesis 2 female, but it is somehow much more leaner and ripped than the standard one. Can anyone help me find the character or tell me what tools need to be bought in order to make the one?
