I can not use any of the free resources I downloaded for daz studio nor can I login into daz studio I keep getting this message "A valid PostgreSQL CSM connection could not be established, several DAZ studio features that require a PostgreSQL CMS connection, such as context aware content views and loading content installed using  DAZ connect service, will not be available. Check your network, anti-virus and firewall settings for conflict."

I disabled my firewall completely and tried it again and the same message popped up, I am unsure about how to check the network and anti-virus settings for problems please help
