Skin error on M6 (SOLVED)

I get a weird pattern on the skin of M6. It disappears if I make a close-up and it doesn't happen when I render V6 or M5.

I have tried a shading rate of 0,5. That doesn't make any difference. I have also tried with various lights and light settings. Makes no difference.

In this image I have used the Bjorn skins but I get the same result with the original M6 mats.

Why does it happen and what to do about it?

    EDIT:

Thanks for pointing out the direction.

To get rid of the pattern I turned Subsurfaces OFF. It doesn't look as good but at least he has no "tire marks".

For M6 you can adjust the shading rate, try reducing it slightly and the pattern will fade.
M6 uses the AoA SSS shader so its slightly different than Genesis figures which mainly use the Omni Freaker humansurface shader.
They are a very similar setting with different names Shading Rate for AoA SS Surfaces - Genesis 2 or Shading Scale for OMHumSurface - Genesis.

I have tried to set shading rate in Surface tab to 0.5 (instead of default 6) and shading rate under the Render tab to 0.3, but the pattern is still there.

Are there any other shading rates I can adjust?

The other thing to check is to make sure that any separate items like clothing do not have the same subsurface group id. Anything that shares the same id needs to have the same settings or it may cause some issues.

Edit: the easy way to do this is to select your figures skin surfaces and change the group id to a large random number like 2379. This will make sure its isolated and not getting a conflict with anything.

You were right Razor. Changing the group ID did it!
    Thank you very much!
