PayPal payment not working anymore?

When I try to pay with PayPal as usual it keeps telling that it can't be processed

    For now, please open a support ticket showing your cart - hopefully they will b ebale to ensure you don't miss out on any time-limited offers while it is being fixed. You are the third report so it does look as if there may be an issue, at least for some of us.

    It's not just Daz.  I've had the same issue on other sites using PayPal.  Don't know if it's browser related (again) but I manage to get through & complete the sale by removing two cookies in the browser settings:

    I pretty much have to do this for any sale it seems.

    I stopped using PayPal when they had an option to donate to some cause. I unchecked it. Again, and again, I unchecked it. When I thought I'd succeeded, I paid. They took extra for the donation. I filed a protest. They responded no refund because it was my choice to donate. It was not.
