Smart Content Sorting Issues

Okay, has there ever been a fix found for Daz's Smart Content sort?  Sort order date, new to old. V4 near top, old to new, Gen 8 near top. Release date, no better, install date, same. Had my HDD crash and did a complete reinstall of content, issue still there.  Tried Tech Support, got the old "We're aware of the issue and working on it."  I think that translates as " This doesn't affect our sales so we don't care, please stop bothering us." since I got that answer over a year ago.

The issue seems to be the data provided by the store, since it didn't start to be an issue until last year's store update (at which point it happened without a Daz Studio update having been installed).
