Posting complaints/frustrations

What part of the forums do frustrations and complaints go to?
I was about to put it under product suggestions as I've just about had it with animate and it not responding logically, and was going to suggest a new animation tool (or complete rewrite of animate)
However, it's more a rant than a suggestion I guess.
So I started looking at all these odd "I dropped my ice cream on the floor and created a new dimension complaint thread" type threads, but I've no clue what those threads are really about and if that would really be the correct place.
Anyways, all I want to do is a simple animation of a man pounding his fist on a window. (Daz with purchased animate2)
Simple enough (so I thought)
I have my initial scene and pose from a previous scene already saved (no animation at all yet)
I select the man, go into animate and right click->add empty block and the man suddenly jumps to some random x/y/z coordinate.
I enter the keyframe mode and select the first frame and put him back where he's supposed to be.
I then click on the last frame to reposition the arm for the end of the animation and again, he jumps to some random x/y/z coordinate.
So after 10-15 minutes of jumping back and forth between the first frame and the last and not getting anywhere, I delete the aniblock I was trying to create and go into the Daz timeline.
I get the first frame set where I want, move the slider to the last frame (OMG he stayed in the correct spot!) and repose the arm for the final frame.
So all should be good now, I start clicking through the frames to check the animation (I only have 2 keyframes, the first and the last) but Daz has not transitioned the pose between the first and last frame. Every frame from the first up to right before the last is all the same pose, then jumps to the end pose at the last frame!
Arrrg, I give up.
*edit*
This is not the first time this has happened either, it's happening every time since the update to 4.7 and I thought 4.6 animation was frustrating...
