Hording Mechs!

Hey guys,

I'm looking to get my hands on some mech models that I'd like to convert into poseable figures. I have a Warhammer (tomahawk) and a Rifleman (Defender) from ShareCG, Bookmarked a Couger, Argus, and a Flea on Renderocity, and have already converted a Mad Cat using an AT-ST figure as a base (see image). The designs should resemble kinda have that bulky, tank like, appearance that you would see in games like Battletech or Warhammer (it's also easier to conform to a base figure and pose). I've found a few sites that have STL versions of some of the mechs that I want, but I'm not sure if there is a way to convert them to an OBJ or 3DS.

Let me know if you guys have any sources.

I'd prefer something on the cheaper side... ^^; I don't really like the design either.
