Can't install DS on a MAC or the files needed for DSON in Poser!

I can't install the installer, it won't install on a Mac. When I download individual zips, it just gives me a bunch of folders and I don't know where to put them. Where do I use the content folders? I installed DSON in Poser, but can't find the files to add to use in Poser. The files don't load into DS either. Also the content Management app gave me a virus that caused a pop up that flashed for 1 second every five seconds, so I had to uninstall that. This is the latest version of Yosemite. I can't get ANYTHING to work on the MAC!!! So far I find I can't use DS or the Poser DSON at ALL on a MAC! I should have never have purchased all this content because it is completely unusable! When I clicked install anyway, I got the virus and had to uninstall. How the hell do I use DS in Poser or even install regular DS on a Mac???? When I looked at the how to install on a Mac info, it was just gibberish to me. There has to be a simple way to install on a Mac!!!

The middle image (the one attached below) is the pop up I got every 5 seconds. I managed to click on Deny and Accept while it flashed for one second, but I still got pop-ups every five seconds and was unable to use my computer at all. Had to uninstall.
That's not a virus. The Content Management Service needs to communicate with DAZ Studio and DAZ Install Manager -- since you are blocking it, it keeps trying and failing to connect. It is only a local connection, and doesn't access the internet.
I wasn't blocking it. It popped up so fast I had to keep my curser over it for 15 times until I clicked fast enough. I clicked "Accept" and it still kept popping up every 5 seconds.
Hi,
First, download the one for your system. If you are on a newer Mac using Mavericks or Yosemite, you're likely on 64 bit, so use that one.
You have your Mac set up to only open verified programs, which is good, so if you know you want the program, instead of double clicking, right click the program and select open and then open again in the next dialog box.
Do accept network connections.
See if doing it that way helps.
I did all that, but the pop up to accept only stays open for like half a second, then disappears, then pops up again 5 seconds later. I managed to click accept, but it still kept popping up every 5 seconds after that! Could not stop the pop ups by clicking accept so had to uninstall it. That resolved the pop up problem, but now can't use the program...
You need to go into the firewall settings and enable both the postgres CMS for accepting local connections and DAZ Studio and DIM to talk to the CMS, it all depends on how you setup your firewall to begin with.
The second "can't run problem", rightclick - open that will tell GateKeeper that you trust the program to run.
Install DIM, then let DIM install for you, that is why it exists, to make installation easy. Downloading the zips is only for those who knows exactly what to do!
I was afraid there was a virus... I will try it on someone's PC laptop. I don't want to create problems on my brand new Mac. It already did create a virus with pop ups every five seconds that flashed for one second.I had to uninstall. DS4 is just too unstable on a new Mac with Yosemite...
As I said before, right click the application in the finder and select "Open", this will tell the OS X Gatekeeper that you accept to run this application and gatekeeper stores that information so next time you run it, it won't ask.
The default security settings are painfully paranoid and really says that you only will run things bought through appstore.
