Daz Studio don't open, error in log-file

I use Daz Studio 4.15.0.2 since months without any problems until yesterday. When I try to open it, it shows the opening screen and then it appears only as button in the task bar. The Background is white and clicking on it does nothing.

Update:

I deleted my old Installation of Daz Studio and Daz Central, all Folders with 'Daz' in it, Registry entries.and started from scratch. New download of Daz Central, new download of Daz Studio thru Daz Central and now it opens again with the default design. Though there is still a lot to do to get my customisation back, I'm really happy that I got it back to open. No idea what caused the issue...
