Products from Silver and Contess

I have found that almost all the products from Silver and Countess can not be shown in my "Smart Content"!

example: Paige , Alisra and Kronos

PS: I have re-imported all the metadata twice......


Does that happen to you?

    Normally I'd say anything not showing in the smart content tab is due to it not having metadata but you say those do. I checked my library as well and its about the same, about half of their products show on the smart tab where as all show in the content library. Odd.

    It may be that the metadata is incorrect. Can you report it as a content bug to tech support?

    In the past I've had a few items which forgot to include identifiers for the products. All of the other metadata was in place, but Daz didn't know which object it was looking at, so things like material presets would not appear in Smart Content when you selected the clothing. Is it possible the same thing is occurring here?

    I just said that I have re-imported all the metaData.
    I just can not tell if my computer have the metaData of these products.
    These products do shown on "content Library".

    BTW, do you have these 3 products?

    PS: I have already returned the products for refund.

    Yes, I do have some products which will show on the Smart Content only when I select something else. It is just as which you describe.

    Let them know that there's a bug in the files for the product, specifically the metadata.

    Yes, I do have some products which will show on the Smart Content only when I select something else. It is just as which you describe.

    I own Paige and Kronos and about 15 other Silver/Countess/3rd person in the mix characters. Since the majority of them were made for G2 they should shown in smart content. I know the older V4 stuff will be hit or miss depending on its release date, but those should.

    Hi Leo,

    These products are actually shapes for Genesis 2 Female and Male. They will not be characters in the Figures tab, but they will be Materials with the figure loaded and selected in the scene. They do have metadata to find them in the Smart Content tab under Materials.
