i don't know what i did but now everything is much more laggy :(

hello i have a problem, by mistake i entered from Edit > preferences > interface > restore factory defaults , and now when i open my old scenes everything is too slow, what have i done? can i fix it? :(

What is Display Optimisation set to? I think Per Pixel Shading can also have a performance impact.
