Render showing black background - no transparency

Hello, I am trying to render a character with transparent background but i only get black backround render.

I've set output file type .png
Enviroment-type- none
Render settings- Enviroment- Draw Dome- OFF

If I use Iray in my viewport or crop region render my background is transparent,
but if I render my background is black.

I've tried to render a different and a new scene and alpha worked well, so the problem is in my scene.
