Drop/Load figure at camera position?

Is there a way to load a figure into Daz at the location your camera is? Sometimes I load a scene, move around a bit till I find the spot I want and then load the character/figure, but it always loads at the default spot, so I end up having to either move the figure or the scene to the spot I want it.

I used to use Poser and seem to remember there was such a function there, and I would love if there is in DS as well, so if you know what I mean and can help, please reply with instructions :)

You can hold ALT, click and drag the item into your view and you will see a yellow disc with a red disc inside of it. That is where your item will drop although sometimes it's a little off the spot, but at least it gets you close to where you want it :)

YES! That's exactly what I needed! Thank you so much!

Note: it does not always work. For certain large scenes I have, DAZ just ignores me when I press alt, and it refuses to load anywhere but at the origin. Urban Sprawl 2 does this to me for example.
