Getting a 'SWAM'-like vibe. But I can't seem to place it. Looks a bit like Shiloh hair with blonde tex: https://www.daz3d.com/shiloh-hair-for-genesis-3-and-8-females and a few morphs used. I regilarly use the Seema hair and know that has a heap of morphs that can completely change it.
