(Solved) Selection/moving problem

Good evening. I have been having a problem for a few hours. It concerns moving tabs / elements by holding the left click of my mouse and dragging them.
However, I can't drag anything anymore... It's very disabling.

Is there an option to restore this functionality and where is it?

    Check that Window>Workspace>Lock Docking/Undocking isn't on.

    Oh verry nice ! Thank you so much. It bothered me a lot and I didn't know what I have done to get it disabled.

    Good evening. I'm bringing this topic up again because I'm having the same issue again.

    Last October, the solution that was brought to me worked but this time does not work. I find it very strange because the problem does occur without understanding why and without warning.

    Everything is finally back to normal this afternoon without any explanation... It must be a bug.
