Help with hair not working

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

FE Young Girl Vol 2 for Genesis 8 and 8.1 Females, inside the studio where you find items and all that the hair mentioned is showing, it's simply not working nor rendering properly.

 

It has a little button for updating but having ran the update many a times it's done nothing to help with loading the hair, gives me several error messages and when it finally loads it's poor, renders nothing like it should.

Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't help, is this common ? I don't know what to do :(

    Can you give a bit more detail on what you mean by "simply not working nor rendering properly"? What happens when you try to use the product? What error messages are you getting? What do the renders look like?

    It's hard to offer any advice on fixing your problem if all you tell us is that it's "not working."

    The product requests an update to instal the missing files every single time the item is used, it loads and then requires a further download to gather missing files, then when done the hair isn't any better off as it lacks the textures still.

    Where can I report this.

    It looks like a problem with your Connect installation.

    You can raise a ticket to Daz, that is under the help menu in the top.
