Strand-Based Hair floating in renders?
Trying out Strand-Based Hair for the first time. It doesn't look good but that'll come with practice.
In the viewport it is where I want it to be.
When I render, it's drifting off to space. Any ideas as to why, and what I can do to prevent this?
(it doesn't matter if it's parented to the sphere or not, I have tried both ways. Same issue.)

Not sure, haven't seen this before. But I never tried to give a ball hair. Maybe make a new ball with a higher subdivision, or us a character.
