Animate2 Install Failure

Is it supposed to fail during the Animate2.exe download. I finally was able to apply animations (Animate/Animateplus) using the Animate 2 timeline after purchase but am not seeing Any Animate 2 content? In my library?

Any Feedback will be greatly appreciated.

The free Aniblocks that come with DAZ Studio are part of the Genesis Starter Essentials download, is that what you mean?

Not sure what you mean here, why would anything be designed to fail?

Are you saying that you just bought the paid for Animate 2 plugin, if so, you have to enter the serial number in Help > About Installed Plugins in the space provided, exit and restart DAZ Studio to activate it.

You do not need to redownload the plugin, just enter the serial to activate it. Go to My Account > Serial Numbers to get the serial there.

When using the wizard it fails the install, nor does it load into the Install manager. I've done the SN entry via the help menu. I have some Animate/Animate Plus files. I was wondering if the failed error during the Wizard install was preventing from Animate2 content from displaying because I don't see this via the content library. Or is the Animate/Animate Plus the Animate 2 content? I thought I would have more Aniblock options with the purchase beyond the Default folders?

There is no extra content that comes with the Animate2 plugin that I know of.

If you have entered the Serial Number, that is all you need to do, the one in your Product Library was for an older version of DAZ Studio, the latest one is part of DS, and is the full version, which after 30 days reverts to Animate Lite unless you enter a valid serial.

You may need to find the Animate2 file in Studio plug-in folder and delete it, then uninstall and re-install Studio to restore the proper plug-in file.
