Is there a way to save a pose for later use with different models? Like if I wanted to make a crowd scene or something.

File > Save As > Pose Preset, and save it into a folder in the DS Content Library.

Not all poses work properly on all figures, just the figure they were made for usually.

Generally most programs that use Daz or Poser content can save poses for the same character type (for example if you have a V4 character you could save a pose that could easily be applied to other V4 characters, as it stores the rotations of the bones for V4. If you applied the same pose to an entirely different character, you would got strange results as the bones aren't in the same places nor do they have the same rotations in different figure types. What type of software are you using?

File / Save as / Pose preset

You can save it pretty well anywhere within your content library other than the Data and Runtime libraries without breaking anything.

    Cheers,

    Alex.
