Daz Studio and 3Dconnecxion Space Mouse, again...

I installed the lastest drivers and got the Space Mouse working with my computer again.
Blender works fine but all I get in Daz Studio is zoom in and out?
Log file stated that the dll loads ok.
Default 3Dconnexion settings for Daz studio is only 'zoom by tilting the mouse forward and backward'.
Changing settings does not do anything.
If it's it the old 'undo camera movement buffer full' it should not apply to the perspective camera?
Anyone have a heads up on the current developer status on this?

I have the same issue. Space mouse is amazing when it works, but it doesn't work for me in most cases. I can only use it in Max, Blender, not so much in browsers, word, and daz studio. Only zoom in and out works.
I use the now discontinued SpacePilot Pro without issue. Are you on the Enterprise using the latest driver? There is a cutoff on driver version if using one of the "legacy" devices, as listed on 3DConnexion's site.
Thanks for your quick reply. I am using SpaceMouse Wireless, which is not disconnected, as I believe. I got all the updates for both Daz Studio 4.21 and 3dx connecxion, The device is not even showing under Daz Studio -> Edit -> Device Settings. It says no devices installed over there.
Here's log info I see when I start DS. These occur in the "Loading plug-ins..." section of the log.

Are you getting any errors?
I'm starting to wonder if anyone at daz knows what a space ball, space mouse, 3dconnexion device is. Their settings/software just doesn't work. I've been using these devices for over 20 years with other packages fine. Currently everything is back to front and inside out and the advanced settings in the 3d connexion menu do nothing. When are they going to fix it?
They are probably not going to.
I previously submitted a ticket for a different issue with this, and was told they no longer support 3Dconnexion devices. The ticket was closed in Feb. 2022. Another user also submitted a ticket - see this thread, and reports that DAZ no longer even has a device to test against. The current plugin is likely in its final state. It would not surprise me if the plugin in not upgraded to work with DS5, when it is released.
I believe a 3rd party could develop a new plugin with improved support, but no one has done so at this point in time.
I'm considering buying the SpaceMouse Pro 3D. I work primarily in Daz, though I'm learning other software that will work, but for the time being it'll mostly just be in Daz. This is the most recent thread on this that I can find that discusses support or use. I definitely don't want to switch to a SpaceMouse if all it's going to do is zoom/pan, but I guess the only thing I can do is try it and see, and return it if it doesn't work as intended? Anybody have any strong feelings about purchasing one right now?
