Hi all,

I bought talk designer assistant 2 after getting frustrated with trying to hand tune a V4 viseme map which I found on the net (and which works perfectly on Victoria 4.2)

The viseme map won't work with Michael 6. I tried to create one with Talk designer assistant 2, but same results - Michael 6s head only nods, but no lip movement.

Has anyone managed to get Michael 6 to "talk"?
I'll be grateful for pointers.

Kind Regards.

    Ok... So I'm getting somewhere with this.
    Been watching a few youtube videos, and found out you have to scour the PZ2 files of the character to learn about what the viseme is actually called.
    (don't need Talk designer assistant 2 anymore)

    I used the victoria4.2 viseme xml that's been floating around on the net, and modified the viseme part for Michael6. Attached if anyone wants to take a look.

    What I still have not sussed out yet is:

    1) Getting him to open his mouth when he speaks - currently he just moves his lips and teeth are clenched
    2) Expressions
    3) eye blinks.

    I can't seem to upload files to posts....so copying below:

     <?xml version="1.0"?>

        <Head internalName="head" />

        <Blink  morph="PHMEyesOpen-Close" openValue="0.0" closeValue="-0.5" closingTime="0.167" closedTime="0.034" openingTime="0.134" />
        <HeadBendParm  parmName="Bend" maxValue="-1.0" minValue="2.0" energyThreshold="7" minimumInterval="0.12"/>
        <HeadSideParm  parmName="Side-Side" maxValue="-0.3" minValue="0.3" interval="0.07" />

    Save the file as Michael.xml in the Runtime/Lipsync folder
