Product now showing up in DB

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

HI all ;-) 
I have this problem , I've bought "Santa Beard for Genesis 3 Male(s)" and I keep reinstalling it bc it won't show up on the DB , basically I can't use it .
anyone have any Idea why ? Thank you in advance for your time :-) Or should I just open a tecket ?

    Have you checked in "lost and found"?

    Also, you should still be able to use it from the content library tab.

    that is what I thought so , but , no is not there and not in the contet :-(

    Did you mean to say "not" showing up or "now" showing up? Because from your title it seems like the problem is solved.
