Secondhand Nvidia cards in 2021

I now have this system:
Intel Core i5 7600k
32GB DDR4 ram
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 6GB

Obviously I understand the shortage b/c of the chip shortage and miners, but would there a GPU of like 2019 or 2020 that is much better than what I have now and other gamers/3d artists are probably selling because they're upgrading themselfs? I could spend € 500-600 (600-700 USD) on this.
Your help is much appreciated!

an RTX3060 is around $700 in the secondary (scalper) market.
thanks, but is it is a wise choice? or is there another one that renders faster/better for around the same amount?
There are cards that render faster, but not better. If you're lucky, you may be able to get an RTX2080Ti,for $700 but it is only a tad faster, but with 1 gb less VRAM
Any other faster cards would set you back $800-$2500 and up 3060Ti, 3070, 3070Ti, RTX A4000, 3080, 3080Ti, 3090
Beware of laptops, some of the GPUs are powered down Mobile 3070 tdp = 120W, less cores, slower core clocks Desktop 3070 tdp =220W . In addition, It's not advised to cook a laptop with 20 hr renders
That's why I built this one. I was trying to render with a Dell laptop with a Ryzen 5 with Radeon Graphics. Took forever to render. I thought it would melt at times.
