Military Girl showing unknown morphs

I'd like to ask an owner of Military Girl by Hongyu (http://www.daz3d.com/military-girl-1). It is discounted and looks fairly versatile. However, I can see two morphs I don't know in V4 with any addons. The shop search returns nothing. What LI and JAVA morphs are for? Is there something I would need to use the dress? Is V4 with Morphs++, V4 Elite, A4, S4 and G4 enough?

    Those look like some more of the Third Degree/Tony Puryear characters for Victoria 4. Either they were not released or they have been removed from the store:

    You would not need to have those characters to use the Military Girl outfit, but if you did have those characters, then the outfit does have the built-in morphs to fit them properly.

    I think this outfit is one that was originally sold at Renderosity, but moved to DAZ and updated to be part of the Third Degree product line.
