Expression slider limits?

No idea how I did this: For all my expression sliders the limits are turned off. But how do I turn them on again?

So far I tried to select all character chilren and activated Limits On in hamberger menu off the parameters tab. But this didn't help. Any idea?

Right-click and put the Parameters pane in Edit Mode (if it isn't), click the first slider you want to change, shift-click the last to select the whole range, then right-click on any of them should give you an option to turn on Respect Limits.
