I bought the FaceGen Artist Pro program and can't download it from the Product Library

When I click on Download zip, I get the following message and nothing swings:

Who knows what the problem is? I wrote to tech support, but they still haven't answered me.

I received same message last night while doing a manual download.  The other 2 of 3 I purchased downloaded fine.  I've submitted support ticket as well.  Based on DAZ FaceBook Groups, this is a widespread issue.  It would be nice to receive sometype of reply from DAZ 3D though.

I don't think that will be resolved before Monday. I also have some items I wanted to try, but now it’s just waiting.

There is a general problem with downloads, Daz is aware of it and working on it.
