DAZ Studio takes forever to start - "connecting to CMS"

For a while now DAZ Studio has been taking an outrageous time to start, about 5 min or longer, it appears to be stuck on "connecting to CMS"

Once it´s started I have no issues and everything is running smoothly.

    What is your operating system? What security software do you use?

    Windows 10, BitDefender

    You could try going offline entirely, then turning BitDefender off (asuming it has such an option) and seeing if the applciation will start.

    DAZ Studio´s on my BitDefender Firewall´s whitelist... but I´ll check if it works better when offline.

    Even with the firewall off, or being offline, it does not work

    You have to start it while connected to the internet at least once before doing anything with it, that way you can verify your assets

    What has to be connected to the Internet???

    If you are talking about Daz Studio, no it doesn't .
