Problem with download

I got this morning 8 PC+ products with BYOB offer... But I can download them and only those 8 products I have got this morning... Here is how it looks on pics... and pic of products I got...

There are problems with some downloads right now. That has been reported, hopefully it will be fixed soon.
Yes, we know. That's why there are all those other threads on exactly the same topic being posted all day already.
I wonder if the problem is not being fixed this weekend because the people who are supposed to be fixing it is off for the long weekend?
The problem has been reported and we've been told it's been sent up to web. We will advise when its fixed in the main thread about this issue. In which I'm closing this thread to keep it all in one place.
