CTRL+L Stopped working

As in the title, CTRL+L stopped working, new scenes, old scenes, any scene.. is there a way to get it back?  I really use Preview Lights all the time.

BTW, Preview Lights from the Window menu works... the keyboard shortcut is gone, though... :)

Window>Workspace>Customise, the command is in the Window group on the left. Right-click on the command, select Change Keyboard Shortcut, and perss the key sequence. Click Accept.
