RSSY Iray to 3DL Kit script not working.

I'm having no luck at all with this product. No matter where I put the script and shaders the script never works. I've put it in my main library, given them their own content library on both my external drive and on my c drive (not at the same time). Nothing works. None of the shaders apply. I can apply them manually so the shaders themselves are not broken. I have downloaded it manually and through DIM, it doesn't make any difference. Any help provided would be appreciated.

Do you run the script and follow the three steps?
1 - load scene items

2 - assign shaders and change those failing

3 - Apply

I use it all the time and it never fails
