Having trouble saving Preset Character.

I have my character. I want to save her as a preset character. But when I go to File-Save As-Preset Character, I get a message that says "I must have a TriAx mapped object chosen. I already have the character chosen in the scene tab. These are the exact steps given to save as a preset when I bring up the Help menu. What am I doing wrong?

    What figure is it a preset for? If it's for a Poser-format figure like V4, you need to use Save As > Deprecated > Character Preset
