Returning a product
Hi all.
I have seen reference in several places to the fact that if you're not happy with a product you got from the DAZ shop, you can "return" it for a refund. I have not had occasion to attempt this before now, but I finally bought something that turns out not to be what I wanted.
I've poked around in my account but I can't figure out how one would go about letting DAZ know that I would like to return the product and get a refund, store credit, or whatever one gets upon deciding not to keep the product. So how does one go about doing this?

Use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page and choose "Submit a Help Request," then fill out the ticket explaining what you want to return and your order number etc.
