How can one get DAZ tech support? I have filled out the form, but not received a reply. I haven't been able to find an answer in the forum.

Yes they do answer.
After filing a ticket there should be an automated reply received in your emails. However at any time you can check and/or add to your ticket by checking your activities and then going to the appropriate ticket.

Thanks for your help about finding the tech reply in ACTIVITIES. I was expecting the reply via email, but never got one there.
