Is it allowed by convention to publish Genesis models on Sketchfab?

The actual mesh models themselves, nope.

You can publish images of the models, but not the mesh models themselves.

By the way, in here we are all customers such as yourself. If you want a definitive answer always check with the Company via a CS ticket.
